TV News – 7/15/10

I can’t believe how quickly this week is going by, so much to do so little time. 🙂 I had a fabulous day doing interviews, including a great chat with the amusing and adorable Ben Feldman from Drop Dead Diva. Look for the interview to be posted later this week. Now for today’s TV news.

James Tupper (Mercy, Men in Trees) is going to be joining the cast of Grey’s Anatomy for a few episodes at least. He’ll be playing a trauma counsellor who will help Seattle Grace deal with the aftermath of the shooting in the hospital. I think that it’d be great if he stuck around, there’s always room for more delicious doctors… don’t you think?Source

The CW has picked up the Canadian comedy, 18 To Life, to air this summer starting in August. The show follows 18 year-old neighbours who are in love and run off and get married, despite their families being at odds with each other. We then see all the drama and humour, that young marriage can bring. I have seen a lot of the episodes when it aired here in Canada, and I can’t wait for it to come to The CW. Get excited everyone! Tammy Blanchard (Guiding Light), is joining the cast of The Good Wife, and will become “friends” with Matt Czuchry’s character, Cary. I’m looking forward to an all new season of The Good Wife, it had a strong first season, and will hopefully be even better in it’s second. Source

That’s all for tonight, but check back tomorrow for more news, reviews and interviews. Also don’t forget to follow us on Twitter @TVIsMyPacifier (The site) and @BaffledAddict (Megan).
