It’s the start of a new week, and that is both good and bad in my opinion. It’s bad, because of course everyone has to go back to work. But I’m thrilled, because that means all the shows are on again starting tonight. Although I have some favorites toward the end of the week, I love the beginning few days of the week for my viewing schedule, so I can’t help but be excited! I do miss The Glades on Sundays, though! *cry* Anyway, to see what IS on tonight and what we are recommending you watch, read on!
My pick tonight is the new episode of Desperate Housewives on ABC at 9/8c. The show has been fantastic this season so far. We’ve had a new housewife appear (Vanessa Williams), an old friend of Lynette’s, who we found out has slept with Tom before… a hot new contractor in the sexy form of Brian Austin Green, who has definitely caught newly single Bree’s eye… Paul Young is back and married to a woman who married him when he was in prison… Susan & Mike lost all their money and are living in a small apartment, and Mike doesn’t know Susan is working for the building super as a porno housewife, by cleaning in her lingerie to earn extra money… and Carlos and Gabby found out one of their daughters was switched at birth and is not their biological child. Talk about a primetime soap!
On tonight’s episode, Susan finds out that some of her best moves are being copied by a competitor; Gabby hires a private detective to look into an important manner; Lynette is stunned by Tom’s doctor; Renee invites Bree to go clubbing and man-hunting. Don’t miss this exciting stuff tonight on ABC at 9/8c.

I am going to suggest you watch the new season of The Amazing Race on CBS at 8/7c. Every season I start with the intention of only watching a few episodes because it’s often opposite other favorite shows, but every season I can’t help but watch it all! This season has been no exception. I was upset that the mother/daughter team went home last week, but they just weren’t strong enough. This week a challenging detour tests one couple’s relationship, while another team’s Racer requires medical attention, threatening their position in the competition. I find myself amused by the doctors team of Nat and Kat, as well as the friends team of Connor and Jonathan, so it would be nice if either of those teams did well this episode. Who are you cheering for? Let me know in the comment section.
FOX has the most dead on slogan for their Sunday night lineup, Animation Domination. It’s an all animated lineup that is a powerhouse of funny! One of the standout shows in this lineup is The Cleveland Show, a spinoff show for the character Cleveland Brown from the show Family Guy. Tonight’s episode of The Cleveland Show has Cleveland planning a family vacation to Africa after his confidence gets blown to bits. Tune in to FOX tonight at 8:30/7:30c for some major animation domination!
