If We Controlled Your Remote… 3/15/11

I know there are a lot of kids off for spring break, so that means there are a lot of parents needing a break. 🙂 What better way to get some relaxation, than kicking back and watching some great television? Let’s see what’s on tonight.

I have been looking forward to tonight’s episode of Glee for a couple of weeks, due to how amazing the newest Glee CD is. The original songs are fabulous, especially Loser Like Me. As far as the show as a whole goes, I have to say that I’ve been surprised at how much I’m enjoying the Puck pairing with Lauren. I am not, however, enjoying the Finn and Quinn hook ups. 🙁

On tonight’s episode, the Glee kids face stiff competition from the Warblers and Aural Intensity (coached by Sue) at the Regionals. To impress the judges, Tammy Jean Albertson (Kathy Griffin) and Sister Mary Constance (Loretta Devine), they decide to perfrom original material.

Tune into FOX at 8/7c and be wowed by the wonderful new music. I know I was. Learn where to find episodes online of Glee @ Clicker.

By now, if you’re not tuning in to Raising Hope, then we’ve got a problem. You see, you could be bowled over with aching sides from the hilarity and absurdity that this show oozes. Cloris Leachman alone will have you in stitches. She plays the rambunctious, and lucid on occasion, grandmother, that’s better known as Maw Maw. Throw in a bumbling family that you just can’t help but adore, and you’ve got a great Tuesday night must-see show!

Tonight, when the Chance family prepares wills, Jimmy hurts Burt’s feelings. Sabrina becomes overwhelmed with some new responsibility, and Maw Maw thinks the house is infested with mongooses.

Watch the wackiness ensue at 9/8c on FOX. Learn where to find episodes online of Raising Hope @ Clicker.

One of my family’s current favorite shows to watch together is Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy. Our kiddo is thirteen, and any younger, I’d be a bit more concerned, because … well, it IS Larry the Cable Guy, after all. LOL Last episode, for example, we watched two donkeys mate. It was kind of an embarrassing three minutes, that’s for sure. But still, it’s a damn entertaining show, and just when you think he can’t surprise you, Larry busts out with something that either makes you think, makes you laugh, and yes, makes you cringe. We love it. 😀

On tonight’s episode, Larry travels to America’s largest truck stop to highlight the property, including its shower rooms, and afterwards, he examines the hazards of fish-mongering and demolition derbies.

Don’t miss the new episode on the History Channel at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy @ Clicker.
