If We Controlled Your Remote… 3/21/11

I cannot believe that it’s almost the end of March already! Where did the time go? Well, no matter what, I should have a baby boy in my arms by the end of this week. Seeing as I’ll be having a c-section and recovering, not to mention caring for a newborn and all that jazz, I will be taking a couple of weeks off. While I’m doing the healing and mommy thing, Jamie Steinberg, (Lisa’s lovely sister), will be filling in for me for the column, starting this Thursday. Welcome her, and don’t worry, I’ll be back before you know it. For now, let’s see what you should be watching tonight.

I am so excited that Hawaii Five-0 is returning tonight with all new episodes. 😀 Truth be told, not only have I missed having my weekly date with my boyfriend, Alex O’Loughlin, but I have missed the humour and suspense of the show. There is no denying that this show has earned it’s spot in the ratings chart this season and is worth watching. The chemistry of the cast, and the cases the team tackles are always entertaining.

On tonight’s episode, a sci-fi fan dressed like a superhero is thrown from a high-rise window. The investigation reveals the victim was given truth serum before he was murdered. Meanwhile, a CIA agent who has information about the murder of Steve’s parents arrives.

Tune into CBS at 10/9c and watch the sexy Alex O’Loughlin save the day… again. 🙂 Learn where to find episodes online of Hawaii Five-0 @ Clicker.

It’s no secret that one of my very favorite shows is ABC’s Castle. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that it is my pick for tonight. Besides that show, though, it’s a night FULL of new TV, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank goodness for new episodes! Now, about tonight’s pick… I’ve seen tonight’s episode of Castle, and it is fantastic, as always. Here are some goodies about tonight’s episode: Castle and Beckett find Martha in a precarious position. A secret is revealed by both Castle and Beckett to one another. Mac (Tina Majorino) from Veronica Mars, guest stars, along with Corbin Bernsen (The Young and the Restless, Psyche), Rebecca Budig & Cameron Mathison (All My Children) and Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman).

On tonight’s episode, a murder is committed on the set of a soap opera, and Castle and Beckett find themselves involved in the behind-the-scenes drama as they attempt to figure out who is behind the murder of the head writer.

Don’t miss a great new episode tonight on ABC at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Castle @ Clicker.

The drama and suspense are finally hitting the fan! In the season finale of Pretty Little Liars, answers will come, but they only lead to even more questions that pop up in their place. After a whirlwind first season, this show finishes strong and leaves you breathless. Emily, Aria, Hanna, and Spencer grow closer to finding out who “A” is and hopefully putting an end to their game. Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead.

On tonight’s episode, now that Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily are in possession of the video tapes and information that Alison left them, they decide it’s time to finally put the nail in the coffin with “A” and the mystery surrounding Alison’s death. Unfortunately, without certain proof that their hunch is right, how can these ladies catch “A” at his/her own game? Can video footage and some hazy memories of the night that Alison disappeared really seal the deal? The Liars turn to an unlikely source of information in order to try and put an end to “A” once and for all. Got a secret, can you keep it?

Tune in at 8/7c to ABC Family for the season finale! Learn where to find episodes online of Pretty Little Liars @ Clicker.
