It’s Friday! That means tonight is the start to the weekend for most people, and that’s something to celebrate. So kick back and relax, and check out what we think you should be watching below!
It may be Friday, but it’s kind of a sad day for Chuck fans. For five seasons, we have grown up with Chuck Bartowski, Morgan Grimes, and company. We’ve seen them find unexpected careers and love, respect, and have a blast doing it. It’s not always been perfect, but it was always something I truly enjoyed watching. I’ve seen every episode, and I can honestly say that I totally have a crush on Chuck and his portrayer, Zachary Levi. lol I will miss the cast (I hope to see them all in other shows soon, but they will never again be all together. boo.), and I will miss the stories. After five years, they truly feel like an extension of my family. Tonight’s 2-hour series finale (shown as 2, 1-hour episodes) marks the end of something great. I wish them all success in whatever they choose to do next!
On tonight’s first episode, “Chuck versus Sarah,” after a harrowing mission, Sarah returns to Chuck with a huge secret. Meanwhile, Ellie and Awesome are presented with a new opportunity that could change their lives.
Then on “Chuck versus the Goodbye,” Chuck enlists his family, friends, and some unexpected allies as he races to stop Nicholas Quinn (guest star Angus Macfadyen, Braveheart) from destroying everything Chuck has built over the past five years.

Tonight is the season premiere of Spartacus: Vengeance, and I am incredibly excited. I love the way this show is pushing boundaries every second, but more importantly, I love this amazing cast. It’s sad that Andy Whitfield has passed; my heart still goes out to his family. The powers that be took a chance in replacing him, but Liam McIntyre is amazing. He has embodied the spirit of the role and made it his own.
Enough sad chat. Let’s talk about the show itself. Violence, betrayal, love, lust, death, life, freedom, and justice – there is nothing this show doesn’t drag your emotions to and make you feel. Yes, there is still the trademark gore, nudity, and language, but it is more than that. If you haven’t given this series a chance, you don’t know what you’re missing, and now is the time to join in.
On tonight’s premiere, “Fugitivus,” as the leader of gthe newly freed slaves, Spartacus begins to understand the importance and overwhelming responsibilities of his task. Meanwhile, Claudius Glaber arrives in Capua, compounding Spartacus’ problems.

I totally agree with Megan’s and Jenny’s picks—I can’t wait for the Chuck finale and the Spartacus: Vengeance premiere! However, tonight, I’m also looking forward to another new episode of Fringe. Last week, David Jones surrendered himself to the Fringe Division as part of a plan to use his co-conspirator, Colonel Broyles, to retrieve a data disc. Once he got what he came for, Jones used the threat of more terrorist attacks to secure his release. Olivia coordinated a search for Jones but found him just as Jones escaped through a portal to the other universe. As the episode ended, we discover that Nina is also in cahoots with Jones.
I’m not sure why this show isn’t doing well in the ratings, because I think this season has been great! I was thrilled to see David Jones come back. His story arc was one of the best parts of the first season, so I was happy they found a way to resurrect his character. Keeping track of all of the various versions of the characters can be a bit confusing at times, but I’m still really enjoying this show.
In tonight’s episode, “Forced Perspective,” Olivia is preoccupied by a warning from the Observers, while Peter helps with the search for a girl with mysterious powers to see the future.
