It’s Friday! I don’t know about you, but I’m especially glad for that. lol It’s been kind of a long week, since my kid was off school on Monday and had a late start day yesterday. Plus, husband had a of web designer group meeting earlier this week and I’ve been on a “regular” schedule, so by 9:00, I’m so wiped, I haven’t been wanting to watch TV! That means we’re seriously behind on shows. Thankfully, we can use this weekend to catch up! What about you? What are you going to be watching tonight? Check out what we plan to watch and then comment below and let us know!
I love Blue Bloods, because it has something unlike any other show I watch (yes, I realize there are other shows that focus on “family”). Not only is it a great police procedural, but it’s also a drama about family. One of my favorite parts of the show is when they are all seated around the dinner table. They may not always agree with each other about everything, but they and respect every single person at that table, including listening to the kids as they express their opinions. It’s truly a heartwarming thing to see. So many shows are all about drama within the family or about rich teenagers doing whatever the hell they want, simply because they can. So seeing the Reagans and how they live their life gives me something I can look up, not down on.
On tonight’s episode, “The Life We Chose,” when a Reagan family friend, an undercover detective, is killed, Linda and the boys worry about Danny, as his relentless search for the killer takes a toll on his emotional state.
Don’t miss it tonight on CBS at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Blue Bloods @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching Grimm.

From the moment it premiered, there hasn’t been a moment of Grimm that I haven’t loved. The plots are getting thicker, but there is still enough humor to lighten up the serious moments. I love Monroe and Nick’s relationship – one of the best bromances on a show ever. Last episode, Nick confronted the creatures who have been stalking his house, only to find out it was because they’ve never seen a Grimm before. Overall, Nick is moving forward as a strong Grimm – but changing the way Grimms are perceived.
On tonight’s episode, “Last Grimm Standing,” a double-homicide investigation lands Nick and Monroe in a creature fight club.
To see if what happens in fight club stays in fight club, tune in to NBC at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Grimm @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching Spartacus: Vengeance and Blue Bloods.
I was already going to make Fringe my pick for tonight, but after seeing a screener of tonight’s episode, there’s no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice! Last week, Olivia became more and more aware of her real memories—when she first met Walter, past cases they’d worked on, and her love for Peter. Peter was afraid he might be pushing his memories of his Olivia onto this one. At the end of the episode, Olivia ran into a gas station, but never came out. We then saw her and Nina tied up in a dark room.
What is happening to Olivia? Now that she is remembering everything, will the others start to get their memories back as well? Will Peter figure out the truth, that his world IS the current one? Tonight, we get a lot of answers in an amazing episode that also leaves us with a lot to think about while the show is on hiatus for the next month.
In tonight’s episode, “The End of All Things,” a seriesof life-threatening events call for extraordinary measures by Peter and the rest of the Fringe team.
See it tonight on FOX at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Fringe @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching: Spartacus, Grimm, Portlandia, and A Gifted Man, and DVRing What Would You Do?, Undercover Boss, and Kitchen Nightmares for when there’s nothing on. 🙂
