Tonight is the series premiere of The Client List on Lifetime at 10/9c. The show is about Texas housewife Riley Parks (Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ghost Whisperer), who, after being deserted by her husband, is left in serious financial straits and takes a job at a seemingly traditional day spa in a neighboring town. But when she realizes some of her co-workers also provide other services, Riley must make the difficult decision whether or not to embrace an opportunity for her to resolve her financial hardships. The series will follow Riley as she delicately balances a moral conflict between two starkly different lives — one as a single mother in a conservative town struggling to provide for her family and the other as a savvy and ambitious businesswoman working with a raucous, sexy, and unpredictable group of women. As Riley becomes more involved, she struggles while working in secrecy knowing her family and friends would disapprove of her decision. Cybill Shepherd stars as Linette, Riley’s mother; Loretta Devine (Grey’s Anatomy) plays Georgia, the spa’s feisty and disorganized owner; and Colin Egglesfield portrays Riley’s brother-in-law Evan.

Tonight is also the series premiere of The Pitch on AMC at 11:04/10:04c. The show offers viewers an intense, gripping, never-before-seen glimpse inside America’s top ad agencies. Each week watch two agencies as they compete to win a new client the only way they can: by going head-to-head in a cut-throat, winner-takes-all showdown, a presentation known as The Pitch. With only seven days to prepare, the pressure to perform is intense. The whining, the brainstorming, the blue-sky thinking: it’s all here as the teams work around the clock and pray for the moment of inspiration that will win them the job and keep their companies alive. The drama is real, the stakes are high, and the clock is ticking. From the producers of Undercover Boss. Witness the pressure…The passion…The Pitch.

Tonight is the series premiere of Hotel Impossible on Travel Channel at 10/9c. Competition is fierce in the hotel business. Online review sites can kill a business’ reputation with one bad review. Staffs are untrained, surly or apathetic in a profession that lives or dies on service. So what’s a struggling hotel operator to do? Bring in Anthony Melchiorri, a hotel “fixer,” who can turn any establishment around in weeks…and he does just that in Hotel Impossible. Melchiorri’s tough-love style can be hard to swallow and overhauling a business is a painful and often emotional task, but the potential reward of a fully booked hotel with excellent customer reviews makes it all worth it. Each episode features a hotel fighting for its life. Melchiorri secretly scouts the property and identifies its biggest problems. He then meets with the staff from front desk receptionists to housekeeping to the owners themselves to determine the key operation issues. These owners could risk losing their hotels if Melchiorri’s renovations do not work! After coming up with a plan and prescribing the changes that need to be made, Melchiorri revamps and re-motivates the staff and transforms the hotel. Whether it is demonstrating the proper way to pour a glass of wine or gutting and redecorating a lobby, Melchiorri knows how to turn a failing hotel into a bustling tourist destination.

Tonight is also the series premiere of on TLC at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Meat Men on Food Network at 11/10c. Famous New York butcher and meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda brings Food Network viewers inside the fascinating and compelling world of Meat Men. Running Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, a third-generation wholesale meat purveyor business, Pat, along with his cousin Mark Pastore, and his dad Pat Sr., supply more than 500 customers, including some of the most prestigious restaurants and bistros in New York City. Expanding from a small corner shop in New York City to a 35,000 square-feet facility in New Jersey, this growth comes with great pressure to maintain the high-quality product for which Pat has become known, and to manage the many hurdles that occur. Whether it’s last-minute requests, creating custom blends and menus for new clients, or navigating the personalities of a work staff, Meat Men takes viewers on a high-‘steaks’ ride with a side of humor, served medium rare.

Throughout the cruise the singles participate in a wide variety of romantic dates, mixer parties and adventuresome excursions in many ports of call, giving them the time and space to learn more about each other. Saturday

Saturday is the series premiere of Last Chance Driving School on A&E at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. The show follows Sven Ruppaner and his crew as they take on disoriented, despondent and downright dangerous student drivers. Sven and his team of driving instructors have just a short while to turn their flustered pupils into safe and sensible drivers, with newfound confidence to take on the unpredictable and accident-prone streets of New York. Every episode follows multiple students as they journey from terrified novice to qualified driver. You’ll meet Jillian, a house wife who discovers she has a natural case of road rage. Sharron, a comedienne who wants to ditch public transport for her own set of wheels but she can’t seem to keep the car straight. Then there’s Angyl, a model with a mean case of the driving jitters. All the near misses and accidents taped along the way guarantee a nail-biting driving experience, so buckle-up and prepare for some of the worst drivers ever.

Tonight is also the 75-minute season finale of Being Human on BBC America at 9/8c.

Finally, tonight is also a new episode of Saturday Night Live on NBC at 11:29/10:29c, with host Josh Brolin & musical guest Gotye.
