What a weekend! East Coasters are dealing with a blizzard, I was dealing with my in-laws visiting… I’m not sure who had it worse! *snicker* Just kidding. I love my in-laws, and I’m a very lucky girl to have married into the family I did. And from the pictures I’ve seen, once again, I’m glad I live in the middle of the US! Now, whether you are buried under three feet of snow or not, curl up with some great TV tonight. We’ve got you covered on what you should be watching, as always!
Last week’s Castle was really good… Beckett faced her mother’s murderer but was unable to do anything but protect him. She tried to cross the line by keeping the letter from everyone, by letting the guy get away before she shot in his direction, but in the end, it didn’t matter. They didn’t need the letter and the guy was caught quickly by Ryan & Esposito and they figured out he was being set up as the bomber. Senator Bracken got away looking like the good guy when he had the guy behind it all arrested, and Beckett had to watch him walk away yet again. Poor thing. But she was rocking the up-do last week!
I’m excited for tonight’s episode because it’s another Firefly reunion…with Gina Torres this time! Yay for cameos!
On tonight’s episode, “Reality Star Struck,” Castle & Beckett get an up-close-and-personal view of a Real Housewives-esque reality TV series, “The Wives of Wall Street,” when they investigate the murder of the show’s rising young star. Meanwhile, Castle’s attempt to give Beckett a Valentine’s Day gift goes horribly wrong. Gina Torres (Suits, Firefly), Gail O’Grady (Drop Dead Diva, Desperate Housewives), Lachlan Buchanan (Pretty Little Liars), and Heather Ann Davis (The Lake) guest star.
See the drama tonight on ABC at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Castle @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Bones, How I Met Your Mother, The Bachelor, Rules of Engagement, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly, Next Great Baker, The Following, Hawaii Five-0, Continuum, Monday Mornings, Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, & Pawn Star$.

Bones has been so incredibly good the past few weeks—I mean, how creepy was the episode with Pelant stitching his own face up? Yikes. Last week, we saw Angela look all hot and sexified as a roller derby girl when she went undercover to help solve the case. I think it’s nice that we’re getting to see some of the regular cast outside their usual roles because it helps add some variety to the show. Overall, I’ve been loving this season, but I’m interested to see if Booth and Brennan ever end up getting married. I think Brennan will eventually give in because she loves Booth so much. What do you think? [Note from Jenny: I’ve seen tonight’s episode, and if doesn’t help soften Brennan toward marriage, I’m not sure anything will. Just sayin’.]
On tonight’s episode, “A Shot in the Dark,” when Brennan is shot while working late at the Jeffersonian lab, she is rushed to the hospital in critical condition. While at the hospital, she struggles with visions of her mother that defy her usual logic. Meanwhile, all evidence suggests that Brennan’s attacker may be linked to the Jeffersonian.
To watch Brennan fight for her life, tune into FOX at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of Bones @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching The Following, 2 Broke Girls, Hawaii Five-0, and Bunheads.
I have been really enjoying Syfy’s time-travelling Canadian import, Continuum. Last week, Edouard Kagame, the leader of Liber8, finally appeared from the future. Once he got acquainted with his new time period, he joined his team. Meanwhile, Kellog has adapted nicely to the past, taking advantage of his knowledge of the future. And Keira had to face a tough decision, letting a killer run free due to the fact that she will invent some crucial technology in the future.
I think this series has been really exciting and well-written. I find this exploration of what can and can’t be changed in the future to be interesting, and I like how Keira has to take all of this into consideration. I’m also looking forward to seeing why it took Kagame so long to appear and how his return changes the Liber8 group dynamic.
On tonight’s episode, “A Test of Time,” Kiera must protect her grandmother from Liber8.
See if Kiera can keep her grandmother safe tonight on Syfy at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of Continuum @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching/recording How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Castle, Bones, The Following, The Carrie Diaries, Switched at Birth, Bunheads, Dallas, and Being Human.
This season of Mike & Molly has, I think, been the best so far! Living together in Molly’s house while planning a future & a family creates nice (comedic) tension. And Carl is going through some changes as well. It might not be as laugh-out-loud as some other comedies, but it is quite the little gem.
On tonight’s episode, “The Princess and the Troll,” Mike and Molly encourage Harry to take Victoria on a date for Valentine’s Day while Carl convinces Samuel that they will be able to meet women at the laundromat during the holiday.
See how Samuel reacts on CBS at 9:30/8:30c. Learn where to find episodes online of Mike & Molly @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching 2 Broke Girls, 90210, Bunheads, Lost Girl, and Castle.
