Tonight is also the series premiere of Pretty Wicked Moms on Lifetime at 10/9c. Ah, the cut-throat, crazy world of competitive mothering…and for six feisty Atlanta mothers, it’s a raging, raucous mommy war. Whether it’s extravagant birthday parties, devising a strict vegan diet for their one-year-old or masterminding their baby’s social climb (or should we say crawl?) to the top, there’s no end to their plotting and scheming. Knowing the competition among them is fierce, these swanky mothers take motherhood and mischief to an entirely new and outrageous level. As one “Pretty Wicked Mom” claims, “They all want to be the prettiest, the thinnest, the richest; and their kids to be the smartest.”

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of The Alectrix on MTV at 11/10c. This six-episode series that follows Heather Naylor – the leader of the pop-group “The Alectrix” – as she and her group mates strive for their big break in the music industry and finally fulfill their dreams of superstardom. After realizing they have come to a standstill in their career and desperately need a change, Heather decides to bring in music mogul, Joe Simpson, to take over management of the group. Throughout the season, friendships are tested and rivalries emerge as the girls fight to prove their abilities to Joe and earn their spot in the group. “The Alectrix” come to realize they may have the talent, drive and dedication to make it to the top, but for these pop divas, that’s only half the battle.

Through the show’s unique interactive digital platform, viewers will be polled each week to determine the contestant they consider to be the most heroic. The competition will then climax with viewers voting to determine who deserves the grand prize and the title of “The Hero.”

Following that is the series premiere of 72 Hours on TNT at 9/8c. Real-time polling activations will offer viewers a unique second screen experience and a chance to voice their own opinions by interacting with the hosts throughout the show at StyleNetwork.com available from any device. Fans also will have special access to exclusive promo codes and curated shopping opportunities. Each week, a rotating panel of fashion experts will join Mai and Roe to dish on all things buzzworthy. But shortly after his funeral, thousands rose from the dead; and after months of rehabilitation and medication, the zombies – now known as PDS (Partially Deceased Syndrome) sufferers – are gradually being returned to their homes. When Kieran arrives, he is forced to confront his family, the community that rejected him and haunting flashbacks of what he did in his untreated state.

It follows the story of a Canadian team that discovers dangerous predators emerging onto the streets of Vancouver through anomalies in time. Evan Cross, visionary inventor, heads up a team including predator control expert Dylan Weir, security specialist Mac Rendell, and physics prodigy Toby Nance. Ange Finch, Evan’s oldest friend and business partner, keeps Cross Phonetics afloat while Evan and his Special Projects Group track escapee dinosaurs. The team gets a little help from the over-eager Lieutenant Ken Leeds, head of the government’s decommissioned department for investigating alien life and other mysteries — including Anomalies. The team quickly gains expertise in the prehistoric creatures they hunt, the weapons they need to handle them, and the nature of the Anomalies themselves. They face danger side by side, and come to rely on each other for not only survival, but friendship as well. The 13-episode series stars Niall Matter (Eureka), Sara Canning (The Vampire Diaries) and Danny Rahim (Eastenders).
