Back to work! Did everyone enjoy their weekend? I did, actually. Spent some time working, watching TV, playing cards with the hubs (& getting my butt kicked for the 2nd game in a row! what the heck?!), and just enjoying sleep. LOL But now, it’s back to work for everyone, which isn’t too bad a thing, since it means some great shows on. So check out our recommendations to help you decide what to watch tonight. 🙂
Like Megan, I love Guy Fieri and think he’s a genius at whatever show he’s hosting. His family is always a lot of fun to watch, too, whether it be his sons & nephew or his mom and dad. So whenever Food Network has a “Guy Fieri-centered” special, I’m always right there to check it out. Last time, the entire family (including all the extended family!) got together at the beach for the family reunion. It was an emotional one, as they remembered his sister Morgan, who died of breast cancer. This time, the family gets together for a cruise, and I can’t wait to see how much fun they have, along with seeing Guy doing what he does best: talk with chefs and work with food.
On tonight’s special, “Guy’s Family Cruise,” Guy Fieri likes to cruise, but this trip, he’s trading in the Camaro for the Carnival Breeze! Cruisin’ the seas of the Caribbean with his family, Guy works the line at Guy’s Burger Joint, suits up for dinner at Fahrenheit 555, braves the rope course and slip slides through the water park. In Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the Fieris explore the island’s culture, cuisine and killer waves. On Guy’s Family Cruise, it’s all about unforgettable adventures and incredible food!
Watch as the Fieri family sails the high seas tonight on Food Network at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, The Blacklist, & Castle.

Last week, we saw the end of the battle rounds on The Voice, but tonight is the beginning of the Knockout rounds. With the amount of talent on this season, it’s going to be a vocal bloodbath, and I am so excited for that. I’m rooting for Shelbie Z, Caroline Pennell, and James Wolpert. Who’s your favorite?
On tonight’s episode, “The Knockouts, Part 1,” Xtina, Blake, CeeLo, and Adam must cut their teams by half by pairing their remaining artists in head-to-head duels.
To see who knocks out whom, tune in to NBC at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching Mom, Hart of Dixie, The Blacklist, 2 Broke Girls, and Guy’s Family Cruise.
Last week was another fun episode of Castle, with Joshua Gomez (Chuck) guest-starring as a time-traveler trying to prevent some disaster from happening in the future. Meanwhile, Alexis decided to move out, into a new apartment with her boyfriend. I really like how the show does these ridiculously-premised episodes (like the zombie and Rear Window episodes in past seasons), where they add just enough elements of realism that the child-like Castle believes what’s happening is true.
On tonight’s episode, “Get a Clue,” a woman’s body is discovered ritually posed, and odd symbols turn up in her apartment. Soon, a monk becomes the prime murder suspect, and Castle thinks there is a conspiracy at work. Meanwhile, Castle struggles to accept Alexis’s new living arrangements.
Find out if Castle’s conspiracy theory holds tonight on ABC at 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching/recording How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Mom, Hostages, The Blacklist, and Hart of Dixie.
