Don’t panic, but Christmas Eve is only a week away—wait… PANIC! I have so many things left to do that I’m thinking of kidnapping someone’s Elf on the Shelf to see if I can put the creepy little thing to work. What do you think? Will it work? *sigh* Guess I’m on my own. Bah humbug. While I run around in circles, screaming because I’m not ready, let’s see what all you sane people should be watching. (Okay, the crazy ones can watch too.)

I was blown away by the talent on The Voice last night. It was incredible. The duets with the coaches were awesome, but Tessanne and Adam’s performance was incredible. I was in awe of them. Honestly, I would be surprised if Tessanne doesn’t win, but at the same time, both Will and Jacquie held their own last night. What a fantastic season.
On tonight’s episode, “Live Finale,” the winner is crowned.
To see which of these talented singers has won your hearts and your votes, tune in to NBC at 9/8c.

The case on last week’s NCIS: LA wasn’t the highlight—although, that isn’t something new. The best part about this show is the characters and their relationships. Deeks was going through serious Kensi withdrawel, while it was obvious she was feeling the same. Not even just in a romantic kind of way, but a partner kind of way. Deeks is a bit out in left field, with Eric/Nell and Sam/Callen. He offered to go back to LAPD if it meant Kensi could come back. At the end, it was a bittersweet moment when Deeks was looking through photos of himself and Kensi, while thousands of miles away in Afghanistan, Kensi was doing the same thing. It ended with Kensi whispering, “Good night, Deeks.” Of course, it wasn’t just about Kensi & Deeks. Sam and Callen didn’t follow Hetty’s orders, and rather than letting them off like she usually does, they faced a day off without pay.
On tonight’s episode, “Merry Evasion,” the team searches for a motive when a senator’s daughter is attacked. Meanwhile, Deeks and Nell partner up to help Sam and Callen bring the daughter to safety and Kensi receives the perfect holiday gift from one of her co-workers. Michelle Trachtenberg & Erik Palladino guest star.
Find out what Kensi receives and if the team can keep the senator’s daughter safe tonight on CBS at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing NCIS, Chopped, Marshal Law: Texas, & Person of Interest.

Chopped is a real favorite in my house, and one of the biggest reasons is the absurdity of the ingredients. One round, they could be using caviar, and the next, they’ll have to use some random thing, like premade cookie dough; it makes for an interesting journey. One of the other amusing things that happens sometimes is when the chefs fight over equipment in the kitchen. I’ve seen people fight over blenders and microwaves like a child with a lollipop. It’s hilarious.
On tonight’s episode, “Tapas Time: Small Plates, Big Risks,” four chefs enter the Chopped kitchen to find out they must create tapas-style dishes in each round. Who will plate up in a big way?
To see if they can deliver big taste in small packages, tune in to Food Network at 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching NCIS: LA, NCIS, Person of Interest, and Little People, Big World.
