Tonight is the series premiere of Beat Bobby Flay on Food Network at 10/9c. Skilled chefs compete for the opportunity to cook against culinary master Bobby Flay. The action starts with two talented cooks going head-to-head in a culinary battle using an ingredient of Bobby’s choice, in front of a studio audience and a rotating cast of special guests, whose goal is to pick the challenger with the skills to potentially beat Bobby Flay. The winner proceeds to round two for the ultimate food face-off against Bobby – but with an advantage: the contender makes their signature dish, and Bobby has only minutes to come up with his own interpretation of the dish. After a blind taste test, a panel of judges ultimately decides if the challenger has the chops to beat Bobby Flay or if Bobby’s food reigns supreme.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Southern Charm on Bravo at 10/9c. The show goes behind the walls of Charleston, South Carolina’s most aristocratic families to reveal a world of exclusivity, money, and scandal that goes back generations. The fast-paced, drama-filled docu-series follows six Charleston singles–Craig Conover, Cameran Eubanks, Jenna King, Thomas Ravenel, Shepard “Shep” Rose, and Whitney Sudler-Smith–struggling with the constraints of this tight-knit, posh society. The cast–some descendants of Vice Presidents and four-term Senators, and others from “new money,”–is comprised of Southern bachelors who suffer from “Peter Pan Syndrome” by refusing to settle down and the women in their lives who challenge them to grow up. Viewers will see them launch political careers, build businesses, break hearts, and chase true love–all while struggling to preserve their family names. Because in Charleston, you’re only as good as your last garden party and one social screw-up can taint generations to come.

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Those Who Kill on A&E at 10/9c. The suspenseful drama stars Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning actress Chloë Sevigny (Big Love) and James D’Arcy (Hitchcock, Cloud Atlas). Based on the Danish crime series format inspired by the bestselling work of author Elsebeth Egholm, the thrilling drama follows Catherine Jensen (Sevigny), a recently promoted homicide detective who tracks down serial killers and relentlessly seeks the truth behind the disappearance of her brother. Pittsburgh serves as the picturesque backdrop for the ten-episode serialized drama. As a freshly minted homicide detective, Catherine Jensen has garnered a reputation for overstepping her boundaries in her unrelenting pursuit to solve Pittsburgh’s most gruesome murders.Motivated by her past, including the disappearance of her brother and the suspicion that her stepfather is a serial killer, she often finds herself emotionally connected to the victims she’s investigating.Jensen enlists the help of Thomas Schaeffer (D’Arcy), a forensic psychologist who has a tumultuous relationship with the police department, to provide insight into her cases and her personal investigation into her stepfather. He too finds himself deeply connected to each case, but often through the killer, which proves to be a hazardous undertaking. The pair shares a skewed sense of judgment that often puts them, and sometimes even their families, at risk. As these two captivating yet flawed characters come together, their bond often rescues them from their individual demons but may be the source of more harmful tribulations.

Tonight is the series premiere of Saint George on FX at 9/8c. The show follows the chaotic life of George Lopez (played by…George Lopez), a recently divorced working class Mexican-American turned successful entrepreneur caught between two cultures. He struggles to balance the parenting demands of his All-American Anglo ex-wife, Mackenzie, and the cultural expectations of his overbearing Mexican-American mother, Alma. As George attempts to relate to his 11-year-old son, Harper, his life is further complicated by his fun-loving but freeloading uncle Tio and cousin Junior. As a wealthy businessman, George also gives back by teaching history to a multi-cultural classroom at a night school in downtown Los Angeles, where he’s supervised by tough and sexy Assistant Principal, Concepcion. Ultimately, Saint George is a celebration of a multi-generational family that humorously wrestles with cultural differences.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Celebrity Home Raiders on Lifetime at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. Celebrities welcome viewers into their homes for a trip down memory lane and an exclusive look into their lives and prized possessions. In each half-hour episode, host Kit Hoover (Access Hollywood Live) and renowned auctioneers Darren Julien and Martin Nolan from Julien’s Auctions reminisce with celebrities as they search through their belongings for beloved treasures to be auctioned off, with proceeds benefiting a charity of each celebrity’s choice. The stars invite Kit, Darren and Martin into their homes to discuss the history and sentiment of their personal memorabilia while haggling over each item’s value. Potential items up for auction include David Hasselhoff’s replica of KITT from Knight Rider, an Axe guitar owned and used by Gene Simmons from KISS, and many other highly coveted items. Will the objects’ final price meet the celebrities’ expectation and – more importantly – will they reach their charitable donation goals?

The third series premiere tonight is Review on Comedy Central at 10/9c. Get ready for an inside look at some of life’s most intense experiences without the burden of leaving your couch. Starring Andy Daly (Eastbound & Down) as life critic Forrest MacNeil, the show follows the atypical reviewer as he goes above and beyond the boring subjects like films, food, or art. Forrest reviews life itself: the adrenaline rush of stealing, the dangers of drug addiction, the joys of sleeping with a celebrity, and much more. His unwavering commitment to reviewing any and every experience that his audience suggests often means his work comes at the expense of his family. Throughout the season, Forrest will answer life’s most challenging questions while dealing with the unintended consequences of such a lofty goal.

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Sirens on USA Network at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. This half-hour comedy follows the ridiculous antics of three Chicago EMTs. A group of unruly men when it comes to their personal lives, these guys are the best in the business professionally and can handle any life-threatening situation that winds up in their ambulance. Good looking and sports-loving Johnny (Michael Mosley) leads the crew, featuring his outspoken and refreshingly honest longtime best friend Hank (Kevin Daniels) and impressionable and eager new recruit Brian (Kevin Bigley). Offering a needed female perspective is Theresa (Jessica McNamee), a smart, independent cop with the Chicago PD who finds herself in love purgatory with her ex, Johnny. Together this foursome delve into hot issues such as bromances, friends with benefits and the danger of internet browser history. Guest stars appearing in the 10 episode first season include Emmy winners Jean Smart and Loretta Devine as well as Bill Nunn, Lenny Clarke, Nora Dunn and John Scurti.
