Tonight is the series premiere of Life or Debt on Spike TV at 10/9c. Three quarters of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck with no cushion for the unexpected. And according to a recent survey, one in five Americans believes they will die in debt. Spike and former Fortune 500 business strategist Victor Antonio are on a mission to chip away at these staggering statistics by knocking on the doors of families on the verge of financial ruin and giving them a much needed wakeup call. Antonio will not only help these families face the facts and the bleak future that awaits them if they continue down this path, he will also pinpoint the underlying issues and ultimately supply the tools needed to empower them to get back in the black. Financial troubles can affect any family, from the affluent to the blue-collar middle class, to a young family just starting out. But oftentimes these monetary issues can be solved with some expert guidance, tough love and a change in approach. That’s where Antonio, a personal finance consultant and former CEO, comes in with an innovative solution. Antonio believes family finances should be run like a business and that by streamlining operations, identifying hard line goals and executing reasonable action plans, families can avoid financial ruin.

Tonight is the 2-hour series premiere of Bride & Prejudice on FYI at 9/8c. Meet three couples as they decide to make a life-long commitment and get married in the face of staunch opposition from their family and friends. From an interfaith couple in Baltimore, to a gay couple in Boston, and an interracial couple from Houston – these people are all striving to show doubtful loved ones how differences in race, religion and sexual preference do not affect their ability to love and be loved. As they announce their engagements and meet the in-laws, emotions run high. Will familial pressure impact their upcoming nuptials, or will love of a potential spouse outweigh love of family? Will they go through with the weddings if family members don’t ultimately approve? Against all odds and in the face of bigotry, these couples will aim to prove that their relationship has what it takes to build the foundation for a long lasting marriage.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Crowded on NBC at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. From the executive producers of Hot in Cleveland and Grimm comes this very timely comedy that proves life is crazy with a full house, especially the second time around. After 20 years of parenting, empty nesters Mike (Patrick Warburton, Rules of Engagement) and Martina (Carrie Preston, True Blood) are finally reclaiming their wild side. But when both of their two grown daughters (Miranda Cosgrove, iCarly, and Mia Serafino, Shameless) unexpectedly move back in and Mike’s parents (Stacy Keach, NCIS: NOLA, and Carlease Burke, Switched at Birth) scratch their plans to spend their golden years in Florida, their roost is full again.

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of L.A. Clippers Dance Squad on E! at 10/9c. The show gives fans an in-depth look at what it takes to be a member of an elite dance team in pro sports, on and off the court. From auditions and rehearsals to balancing personal challenges and professional ambitions, this docu-series shows what it really takes to make it to the floor of the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and dance for basketball fans while representing a high-profile, global brand. Dreams will be fulfilled and relationships will be tested when L.A. Clippers Dance Squad takes center court. The eight one-hour episodes will chronicle the lives of seven women, all of whom begin their journey by trying out for a spot on the “Clippers Spirit” dance team. The series begins with the summer auditions, where fans will see these performers compete against hundreds of others vying for one of the team’s 20 spots, and will follow them throughout their rigorous season with new Creative Director Petra Pope at the helm. Petra has an extensive resume in pro basketball, having led dance teams of the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets in the past. She’s now moved back to Los Angeles to revamp the Clippers’ dance squad and take it to the next level.

Tonight is the series premiere of Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn on VH1 at 9/8c. Blood is thicker than water — but the harsh spotlight of fame can thin it out for some families. Just ask infamous families like the Gosselins, the Duggars or the Hogans. While fame and fortune can give you almost everything you desire, it certainly doesn’t buy happiness, heal past wounds or solve deep-rooted family issues. Dr. Jenn Mann returns to the couch for a new kind of therapy this spring. The show features five families at a crossroads in their relationship as they undergo three weeks of intensive family therapy. Under the guidance of Dr. Jenn Mann and with the help of Dr. Christian Conte, an anger management expert, the celebrity clients will participate in group and individual therapy along with relationship exercises out in the “real world” to see if they can rebuild their relationships — or if it’s simply time for them to cut ties.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders on CBS at 10/9c. This spinoff of the hit CBS Television Network series Criminal Minds is a drama about the specialized International Division of the FBI tasked with solving crimes and coming to the rescue of Americans who find themselves in danger while abroad. Heading the International Response Team is Unit Chief Jack Garrett (Gary Sinise, CSI: NY), a seasoned 20-year veteran of the Bureau. The team he trusts with his life includes Clara Seger (Alana De La Garza, Law & Order, Forever), a smart, well-traveled and multi-lingual cultural anthropologist; Matthew Simmons (Daniel Henney, ), a former military hero with split-second profiling skills he honed on the battlefield; Russ “Monty” Montgomery (Tyler James Williams, The Walking Dead, Go On, Everybody Hates Chris), the unit’s compassionate, brilliant tech analyst who additionally liaises stateside with the families of those in trouble while his group is far from home; and Mae Jarvis (Annie Funke), the team’s fearless and fun medical examiner. These exceptional agents are dedicated to safely returning U.S. residents home by profiling and identifying criminals who are beyond our borders.
