Tonight is the series premiere of Mary and Jane on MTV at 10/9c. From writing/directing team and executive producers Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont (Can’t Hardly Wait), Entertainment 360 (Game of Thrones), and MERRY JANE (a premier cannabis media platform) comes MTV’s single camera, half-hour comedy about Jordan (Scout Durwood) and Paige (Jessica Rothe), two twenty-something best friends who run an all-female weed delivery service in Los Angeles. Filled with funny, raw and bizarre adventures, the show explores the uncharted territory as Los Angeles comes out of the Green Closet and gets into high and higher times. The show also stars Dan Ahdoot, H. Michael Croner, and Kosha Patel.

Following that is the series premiere of Loosely Exactly Nicole on MTV at 10:30/9:30c. Nicole Byer is living the Hollywood dream. Well, Hollywood adjacent — the deep valley to be precise — and it’s not so much a dream but a struggle. Viewers will watch as Nicole, exuding her special brand of confidence and irreverence, demonstrates the hilarious missteps of what it means to be out on your own for the first time. With the help of her two besties, Veronica and Devin, Nicole will have to navigate the “real world” as she endures humiliating auditions, unpaid electric bills and the romantic battlefield that is Tinder, all while slowly, but surely, finding her voice as a comedian. Fahim Anwar, Kimrie Lewis-Davis, Rachel Hilson, & Sophie von Haselberg also star.

Tonight is the series premiere of Finding Prince Charming on Logo at 9/8c. Hosted by Lance Bass, the show will include 13 charming and gorgeous suitors, all housed together, who compete to win the heart of one of the nation’s most eligible gay heartthrob. The sexy suitors grapple to stand out from the crowd all hoping for a moment of intimate connection, romance and, perhaps, true love. One by one, the suitors are eliminated until the heartthrob chooses one ideal man to sweep him off of his feet and commit to an exclusive relationship.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Better Things on FX at 10/9c. The show centers on Sam Fox (Pamela Adlon), a single, working actor with no filter raising her three daughters, Max (Mikey Madison), Frankie (Hannah Alligood), and Duke (Olivia Edward) in Los Angeles. She’s mom, dad, referee and the cops. Sam also watches out for her mother, Phil (Celia Imrie), an English expatriate, who lives across the street. Sam is flawed and fierce with her love for her daughters, and her own mother, as well. Sometimes, heaping the love on when she feels guilty. Sam’s just trying to earn a living, navigate her daughters’ lives, have fun with a friend or two and also — just maybe — squeeze in some private time once in a while.

Finally, tonight is the complete first season premiere of One Mississippi on Amazon at 3:01AM/2:01AMc. (The first episode aired back in Nov. 2015.) This is a traumedy inspired by comedian Tig Notaro’s life. We find Tig as she leaves Los Angeles and returns to her hometown in Mississippi upon her mother’s untimely death. What starts as Tig reconciling her mother’s affairs, becomes a poignant, hilarious and surprising exploration of family, childhood and life after grief. In addition to Notaro, it stars Casey Wilson, John Rothman, & Noah Harpster.
