August is flying by, and honestly, I am ready for the kids to go back to school. I love them all dearly, but no matter how many things you do, someone is always complaining about being bored. At least tonight there is some great television to watch that will keep us anything but bored. Let’s see what’s on.
It’s time for the killer to be revealed on Whodunnit?, and I’m ready to find out. Aren’t you? I’m torn between it being Melina or Kam who is the killer, but at this point, it could be anyone. We watched how Ronnie was killed with Ricin, then ejected from the hot tub with an explosion of liquid nitrogen—then we ended with Giles showing up on a video tied up with guns to his head. I wonder who did it?
On tonight’s finale, “Golden Cuffs,” with only four guests remaining, a final game of speed and memory will determine the winner—as well as the killer—at Rue Manor.
To solve the mystery, tune in to ABC at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching Unforgettable, Cutthroat Kitchen, and The Great Food Truck Race.

My family & I have all been enjoying Crossing Lines. Last week was another great episode, although the bad guy shooting up the market because he saw the kid was a little odd. A couple of shots, maybe, but killing the number of people he killed just seemed really odd. But in the end, the way they talked the girl down and the boy’s death was very emotional. And it was a total shocker when Louis’s wife said she wanted a divorce. Even though things hadn’t been good, especially after the previous episode’s debacle, when he’d sent Michel Dorn to fetch her and tell her about the bugs. But I honestly hadn’t expected her to ask for a divorce. A child’s death can do one of two things: bring a couple closer, or absolutely rip them apart. Unfortunately for Louis, it was the latter.
Tonight’s the season finale, with a double episode. Ratings have been pretty good for it, I think, even after the show was preempted a couple of weeks ago. But it hasn’t been renewed yet, so I have my fingers and toes crossed, because I’d love to see it back next summer.
On tonight’s episodes, “New Scars/Old Wounds Pts 1 & 2,” Louis and his wife, who have never recovered from the death of their son at the hands of arch enemy Alexander Dimitrov (guest star Marcel Iures), rely on Dorn, who discovers new information that may lead to the capture of the Russian. Meanwhile, a woman is found dead and another missing, and all the evidence points to Hickman, prompting Tommy and a Dutch detective to track down who framed him. Elsewhere, Louis returns home to a shocking discovery. Hickman’s life hangs in the balance, and he is forced to find a way to survive. Elsewhere, Sebastian and Eva search for Anne-Marie, who has not returned from Italy. Meanwhile, Eva must reveal that she has broken her trust with Sebastian and that his personal secrets could be exposed. Dorn may have tracked Dimitrov, which in the process leads to many mysteries being solved.
Find out if everyone on the team ends the season safe and sound on tonight’s double episode season finale on NBC at 9/8c & 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Chopped, The Great Food Truck Race, Unforgettable, Whodunnit?, Brother vs Brother, & Cutthroat Kitchen.
Tonight, The Great Food Truck Race revs up for another season on Food Network. Like last year, all of this season’s competing teams will be newbies who will be sitting behind the wheel of their own food trucks for the very first time. They will need to quickly learn the ropes as they travel cross-country, trying to make the most money while tackling the curve-ball challenges host Tyler Florence throws their way. It looks like an interesting mix of teams this year, with a variety of culinary backgrounds and styles. I’m looking forward to seeing the race kick off tonight and picking the teams I’m going to root for!
Tonight’s episode, “I Left My Food Cart in San Francisco,” begins in Beverly Hills, where the eight competing teams are instructed to prepare a signature dish that must be sold for at least $20. Later, they are given a second challenge to complete in San Francisco.
See which teams you love and which you hate tonight on Food Network at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/recording Big Brother, Whodunnit?, Crossing Lines, Chopped, Breaking Bad, Talking Bad, Devious Maids, True Blood, The Newsroom, Dexter, and Ray Donovan.
