Hollywood Game Night is one of my favorite primetime game shows, and I’m thrilled to see it returning to the lineup tonight. The hilarious Jane Lynch is back as host, and each week, 6 new celebrities will join two “normies” to battle it out in a series of fun games. This show is always a blast to watch as the celebrities let loose and just have fun.

Each season, the show does a great job of introducing fun new games while also bringing back many of our favorites, and this year is no different. In addition to the new games, the show is also changing up the final round this year, giving the winning player the assistance of two celebrities instead of just one.

On tonight’s episode, “Two Janes Are Better Than One,” season 3 kicks off with celebrity players John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Giada De Laurentiis, Zachary Quinto, and Jane Krakowski.

Check out the new games and returning favorites tonight on NBC at 10:01/9:01c.

I’ll also be watching/recording Zoo, Tyrant, Clipped, Chrisley Knows Best, Royal Pains, Scream, and Another Period.

zoo77smallWhat would happen if the animals started to hunt us and plot to take out the entire human race? That’s exactly what Zoo threw at us last week with its series premiere, and I don’t know about you, but I found it to be a thrilling and suspenseful show. I’ve always enjoyed James Wolk, and I find him very intriguing in this show because his character is definitely going to be the one to save the day on many accounts. It’s hard to watch the lions just start taking over and hunting people — scary thought about animals just joining forces and attacking humans. I really hope that Jackson (James Wolk) manages to get free from the police who arrested him and gets to Abraham before the lions kill him.

On tonight’s episode, “Fight or Flight,” after Jackson Oz rescues his best friend, Abraham Kenyatta, from a lion attack in Botswana, Abraham’s firsthand account of the attack reveals that the lions are no longer afraid of humans and might be killing for sport. Also, Jamie and Mitch run tests on a lion cub in the Los Angeles Zoo and uncover a link to a chemical made by a biotechnology company, and Chloe Tousignant returns to Paris, where she must overcome her own trauma and focus on her work as a government intelligence analyst.

To see how Jackson survives this week, tune in to CBS at 9/8c.

I’ll also be watching Chopped, Bullseye, America’s Got Talent, Stitchers, and Scream.
