Tonight is the series premiere of Flesh and Bone on Starz at 8/7c. The show follows a young dancer with a distinctly troubled past as she joins a prestigious ballet company in New York. The dark, gritty, complex series unflinchingly explores New York City through the eyes of Claire, played by Sarah Hay (Black Swan), an emotionally wounded but transcendent ballerina navigating the dysfunction and glamour of the ballet world. Claire’s self-destructive tendencies amid her vaulting ambitions drive her in compelling, unforeseeable ways, especially when she is confronted with the machinations of the company’s mercurial Artistic Director, played by Ben Daniels (House of Cards, Law & Order UK) and an unwelcome visitor from her past. It also stars Damon Herriman, Emily Tyra, Irina Dvorovenko, Josh Helman, Raychel Diane Weiner, Sascha Radetsky, Tina Benko, & Tovah Feldshuh.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Agent X on TNT at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10/9c. In times of extreme crisis, when traditional law and government aren’t in a position to help, there is an unseen hand that works to protect this country and its citizens from all manner of threats by any means necessary. Hidden from the view of the public — and even from the President — there is a top secret agent who is trained and ready to serve, deployed only at the careful discretion of the Vice President. The agent at the center of Agent X is John Case, played by Jeff Hephner (Interstellar, Chicago Fire). Case is a smooth, athletic, tough and quick-witted operative who can be brutally effective when his duties require it. Sharon Stone plays America’s first female Vice President, Natalie Maccabee, who pledges to protect the country “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Honoring this vow, however, will force her and her secret operative to tackle not only global threats but also the palaces of intrigue of Washington D.C. With Case handling high-stakes missions that are too sensitive for the FBI and the CIA, Maccabee soon finds herself being drawn into the action. The show also stars Gerald McRaney, James Earl Jones, Geoffrey Blake, Jame Sheridan, John Shea, & Mike Colter.

Tonight is the series premiere of Donny! on USA Network at 10:30/9:30c. Donny Deutsch hosts his own daytime talk show “Donny!” On camera, he has the answers to everything and makes his viewers swoon, but off-camera he’s a filterless rogue who lives in entertaining contrast to almost everything he espouses publicly. Each episode will find him holding court as an expert on various issues (Sexting, Cellulite) on his show, yet reveal his personal struggle with similar subjects, especially when it comes to his ever-changing romantic partners, or the drama of being a single dad. Despite a team of bitingly funny women who work tirelessly to cover his tracks — while busting his chops along the way — Donny finds a way to make bad decisions with good intentions. It turns out being rich and famous doesn’t help much in the face of the strange, hilarious and messy situations Donny gets himself into, but somehow he always finds a way to end up on top – at least in his mind, anyway.

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Uncorked on Esquire at 10/9c. Master Sommelier is more than just a title; it’s a badge of honor — and to earn it you need to be a wine expert in mind, body, and spirit — an achievement measured by passing one of the world’s most grueling exams. Only 230 people across the globe have passed the test in its 40 + year history, but this accomplishment allows a person entry into one of the world’s most exclusive clubs, where membership can lead to some of the most desirable jobs in the food and wine industry. Produced by Left/Right productions, and based on the fascinating documentary “Somm,” this one-hour, six-part docu-series will chronicle six aspiring Master Sommeliers preparing for, and finally attempting to pass, this ultimate test. Journey into one of the few worlds where drinking counts as studying.

This is a modern tale of survival in which three survivalist couples — including a husband and wife, a boyfriend and girlfriend, and a mother and father — endure the ultimate test of their skills and relationships by taking on the most intense survival journey of their lives. This 6-part series is told from the survivalists’ unique point of view. The couples will be dropped off in three of the harshest environments in the world, and for three weeks they will have to live off of the land, navigate the vast, unknown terrain and find their way back to civilization, but only if they can survive the wild and each other. Saturday

Saturday is the series premiere of Spotless on Esquire at 10/9c. Laced with dark humor, the 10-episode season follows two estranged brothers who are forced to reconnect after their lives were torn apart by a terrible childhood secret. Witnessing a double murder, they jeopardize their successful crime scene cleaning business by inadvertently becoming entangled in the deadly dynamics of organized crime. Marc-André Grondin (C.R.A.Z.Y.), Denis Ménochet (Ingloruious Basterds), Miranda Raison (24: Live Another Day), and Brendan Coyle (Downton Abbey) star. Set in contemporary London, Spotless is a story of a troubled young family man, Jean Bastiere (Grondin) whose life is turned upside down when his crook brother, Martin (Ménochet), crash lands into his world. On the surface Jean has everything including a gorgeous wife (Raison), two doting children, and a thriving crime scene cleaning business. However his morals are compromised when his estranged brother’s presence begins to unravel his seemingly stable life. Martin is the polar opposite of his brother Jean. Affected by the same childhood tragedy as his brother, Martin drifted into a life of crime, alcohol abuse, drugs, and loose women. Now, yearning for a better life, Martin is forced to confront dark sins of the past and real dangers of the present. The Bastiere brothers’ lives collide when Jean stumbles across what appears to be a murder that his brother is trying to cover up. Forced to put his crime scene cleaning skills to the test, Jean must now clean up Martin’s mess. As the series progresses, Jean’s skills unintentionally catch the attention of mob boss Nelson Clay (Coyle) who enlists the brothers, against their will, into his life of crime. Constantly forced down a dangerous and blood-soaked path, Jean must protect his family’s future… by jeopardizing his own. The thrilling drama is filled with relentless twists, provocative stories, and pervasive wit. Dirty deeds can never be cleaned.
