It’s only Tuesday and already I’m ready for the weekend :) Let’s get to the news and dream of warm, sunny Sundays shall we?

The filming for season two of Spartacus: Blood and Sand has been pushed back, to accommodate Andy Whitfield’s cancer treatment. He was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and needs to start treatment right away, the show runners are giving nothing but support and encouragement. I hope Whitfield gets better and is back to filming soon, our thoughts are with him. Source

More after the jump

Lie To Me will be returning on June 7th at 8 pm. The show will be matched up with the new comedy from Matt Nix (creator of Burn Notice), The Good Guys. I’m happy about Lie to Me returning and I’m looking forward to checking out the new comedy. Also in FOX news, So You Think You Can Dance will be returning May 27th and an all new season of Hell’s Kitchen will be coming to us on June 10th. I cannot wait for the new season of Kitchen can you? CBS has ordered more episodes of Undercover Boss, and I’m not surprised at all. That show has been pretty widely accepted and it really is a funny show. My favorite episode so far was the one about 7-Eleven because as a teenager I worked at one. Nothing like watching the head bosses do all the tasks I had to once do. It’s a sweet, heart warming show and I suggest you give it a chance too. Source

Gabourey Sidibe (Precious), has been added to the cast of showtime’s new series, The Big C, in a recurring guest role. The show is focuses on a housewife and teacher named Cathy (Laura Linney) who is diagnosed with cancer. Sidibe will be playing a mouthy student in one of Laura Linney’s classes. I’m looking forward to this show, and even more so since Sidibe was added to the cast. That young girl is a fantastic actress who just broke my heart in the her movie Precious, expect amazing things from this girl in the time to come. Source

In case you missed Jenny’s post about the Criminal Minds episode where we meet the new BAU team that will be on the spin-off, head over here, and check it out. I’m so excited about this, aren’t you?

That’s all for now. Don’t miss an all new episode of American Idol tonight at 8 pm on FOX, and a new episode of NCIS: Los Angeles tonight at 9 pm on CBS. Enjoy!
