Tonight is the complete first season premiere of 13 Reasons Why on Netflix at 3:01AM/2:01AMc. Inside he discovers cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker (newcomer Katherine Langford) — his classmate and crush — who tragically committed suicide two weeks earlier. On tape, Hannah explains that there are thirteen reasons why she decided to end her life. Will Clay be one of them? If he listens, he’ll find out how he made the list. Through Hannah and Clay’s dual narratives, 13 Reasons Why weaves an intricate and heart wrenching story of teenage life that will deeply affect viewers. The show also stars Kate Wash, Brian D’Arcy James, Alisha Boe, Amy Hargreaves, Brandon Blynn, Christian Navarro, Derek Luke, Devin Druid, Justin Prentice, Miles Heizer, Ross Butler, & Tommy Dorman.

To guide viewers through the different personalities, interweaving chronologies and globe-trotting locales, the Five Came Back team turned to the voices of five modern cinematic masters: Steven Spielberg, Francis Ford Coppola, Guillermo Del Toro, Paul Greengrass, and Lawrence Kasdan. Three-time Oscar-winner Meryl Streep provides the narration for Five Came Back.

Tonight is the series premiere of Gold Rush: Parker’s Trail on Discovery Channel at 9/8c. Between 1896 and 1899, more than 100,000 brave souls set out on a perilous journey into the frozen North on the legendary Klondike Gold Rush trail. Most never made it to the end. Killed or scared off by bears, treacherous terrain, raging torrents and temperatures below -40 degrees, only one in three completed the journey. Now Parker Schnabel of Gold Rush fame will attempt to make this same journey and document it. At the age of 22, Parker has already struck it rich in the Klondike by mining over $13 million dollars’ worth of gold. But despite his financial success, he’s always wondered: is he as tough as the original gold mining stampeders? Parker spent his childhood in Haines, Alaska, near the starting point of the Klondike Gold Trail, and grew up hearing stories about those taking on the journey against incredible odds in pursuit of extraordinary wealth. Parker comes from a family of gold miners, including his beloved grandpa, who inspired him to push himself beyond his limits. In honor of his grandpa’s memory, he will now attempt one of the most dangerous challenges he’s ever done by trekking across the Coastal Range — as winter closes in — from his home in Alaska to the fabled goldfields of the Klondike. This journey is in his blood and will follow in the footsteps of his forebears. But he won’t do this alone. Joining Parker on his journey will be his foreman Rick Ness, wilderness guide Karla Ann, who once worked with Parker as a rock truck driver; and cameramen James Levelle, who has known Parker for years.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Dr. Miami on WE at 10/9c. The show follows the eccentric and larger-than-life Dr. Michael Salzhauer; aka “Dr. Miami,” one of Miami’s top plastic surgeons and a social media pioneer. Dr. Miami, who has earned himself the nickname “the booty whisperer,” has attracted millions of followers from all over the world by sharing his uncensored and sometimes unconventional plastic surgery procedures. His patients or “beauty warriors,” as he adoringly refers to them, get everything from breast augmentations and nose jobs to Brazilian butt lifts and tummy tucks live on social media in front of millions of viewers! The insane personal antics and groundbreaking surgery sharing scored him a Shorty Award nomination for the Snapchatter of the Year in 2016. The original WE tv series captures the fast-paced, humorous behind-the-scenes look at Dr. Miami and his staff, as they snip, tuck, nip AND SNAP their way through the day. As the doctor’s fame and popularity is on the rise, so are the egos and tensions within his team; as everyone is hungry for exposure. The doctor’s unique, jester-like approach is not only fun and entertaining, it also puts the “beauty warriors” at ease as they prepare to go under his knife. Each episode features two surgeries with unprecedented access from consultation to reveal, like you’ve never seen before. Between needy patients, terrified parents, wild antics and inter-office battles, Dr. Miami-land is a never-ending soap opera.
