TV News – 3/15/10

Carrie Preston (Arlene on True Blood) is going to be guest starring on The Good Wife for a couple of episodes. She’ll be playing a part of Peter’s (Chris Noth) team of lawyers. At the moment sources over at True Blood are telling us not to panic, it’s probably nothing and that season 3 has a lot going on away from Bon Temps, so Preston probably just had some extra time. We hope. Preston is wonderful on True Blood, and her character adds a lot to the cast. That being said she’ll be a great addition to The Good Wife as well. Source

Ausiello is giving all of us Gleeks a treat, with a few inside scoops on the final episodes of this season. It’s slightly spoiler-ish but if you love Glee and can’t wait for it’s return these tidbits will help tide you over. Warning SPOILERS AHEAD.
BET has ordered new episodes of The Game, after the reruns it aired faired well with the network’s viewers. The CW cancelled The Game after it didn’t pull in enough ratings, which was almost a year ago. BET is in talks to bring back all the original actors, and rework their expired contracts. I wasn’t a huge fan of this show, but if it can be resurrected I’m okay with that, good for the actors, and for the fans. Source
The CW released it’s finale schedule and the first one up is Life UneXpected on April 12th and the last is 90210 on May 18th. For the complete list pop over to The Futon Critic and check it out.
