Tonight, I’m both excited to see how the first season of Trial & Error will come to an end but also sad that these could be the final two episodes of this hilarious NBC series. Last week, Larry’s trial got underway, and the prosecution spent almost 28 days making their case. By the time it was finally the defense’s turn, Summer was starting to look like a suspect, and Josh wanted to put her on the stand in order to cast reasonable doubt for Larry. However, when Josh went against Larry’s wishes and called Summer to the stand, Larry exclaimed that he was guilty of killing Margaret, which was met with cheers from the prosecution and a horrified look from Josh.

Is Larry really guilty of killing his wife? And if not, who is the real killer and what was their motive? Will the judge take Larry’s outburst as a legal admission of guilt, or will Josh find some other way to try to clear Larry that doesn’t involve Summer? This show has been thoroughly entertaining and delightful. Every week the episodes have had me laughing out loud. I can’t wait to see how this trial ends and learn who was responsible for Margaret’s murder. I really hope this series gets picked up and we get to see this misfit defense team work on another case in this hilarious backwoods town!

On the first half of tonight’s 2-episode finale, “The Defense Rests,” Josh focuses on making his final case before closing arguments and takes a huge gamble by putting Larry on the stand. Despite hiring the best witness coach in the South to train him, Larry’s testimony leads to a shocking discovery about Larry’s past that may be too difficult to overcome. Then, in “The Verdict,” the trial is over and the verdict is announced. In other events, a key piece of evidence is found that answers the question of who killed Margaret Henderson.

Catch the two episodes and find out once and for all who killed Margaret Henderson tonight on NBC at a special time of 10:01/9:01c & 10:30/9:30c.

I’ll also be watching/recording The Middle, American Housewife, Fresh Off the Boat, Imaginary Mary, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Prison Break, iZombie, The Americans, Cosplay Melee, and The Detour.

In the previous episode of NCIS: New Orleans, Rita was hot on the trail of Mayor Hamilton and his dirty deeds. Unfortunately, the bad guys caught up to her and ran her off the road. Thankfully, she was only slightly injured. But oooh, Pride was NOT happy. While Rita was doing her own investigating, Lasalle was having to look into his old NOPD partner when drugs that were supposed to have been destroyed through NOPD were found elsewhere. I was happy for Lasalle when it turned out his former partner wasn’t the bad guy (he was still a lazy cop who drank too much, even on the job, but he wasn’t dirty). They ended up taking out the dirty cops – well, one of them. That one shot the other to tie up loose ends just before he tried to kill Lasalle’s former partner.

Pride and Rita are still focused on taking down the mayor, and given that the season finale is coming up in just a few weeks, I’m worried for Rita’s safety. Will she be one more of Hamilton’s victims or will Pride be able to keep her safe??

On tonight’s episode, “Krewe,” while Pride listens in on a wiretap of Mayor Hamilton (Steven Weber), the NCIS team investigates a train heist of hundreds of Navy weapons. Features a two-song performance by Grammy Award winner Sheryl Crow from her upcoming album Be Yourself, including the first single “Halfway There” and the world premiere of “Roller Skate.”

See what the wiretap reveals and if the team can find the stolen weapons tonight on CBS at 10/9c.

I’ll also be watching/DVRing Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Chopped Junior, NCIS, American Housewife, Prison Break, Imaginary Mary, Chopped, & Trial & Error.

Bull is a family favorite around my house, and I am excited that there’s an all new episode tonight. This cast is overflowing with chemistry, and it makes the friendships that much more believable.

One of those friendships was pushed to the edge last episode when Bull defended the suspected killer of Chuck’s fashion mentor. It turned out that it was someone else, and in the end Chuck was glad he trusted Bull. I was pleased with the way they finally let Chuck be a bigger part of the episode than he usually is.

On tonight’s episode, “Bring It On,” when Bull assists Jules Caffrey, a high-powered attorney on trial for his fiancée’s murder, he takes advantage of his client’s penchant for courtroom theatrics by letting him defend himself. Isaiah Washington (Grey’s Anatomy) guest stars.

To find out if Bull’s trial plan works out, tune in to CBS at 9/8c.

I’ll also be watching NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Voice, Chopped Junior, Chopped, and Prison Break.
