Who else had a long day? You’re right I won’t complain about my life because that will bore you. How about some news instead? Good, let’s go!
Sharon Lawrence (NYPD Blue, Grey’s Anatomy), is going to be guest starring on One Tree Hill as Julian’s mom. We don’t know if she’s going to be the evil Mother-in-law type or the mom who’s estatic her baby boy is getting married, but whatever type of mother she’s going to be it’s going to be great. Source

What a busy weekend I’ve had, how about you? Did everyone watch the Emmys last night? I did and it was great to see some of my favorites win! Let’s take a look at some news shall we?
I’m going to give you a few links to some of my favorite moments from last night’s Emmy’s presentation. Jim Parsons winning was the highlight of the night for me, it’s nice to see him finally rewarded for his excellent performance on The Big Bang Theory.
Jim Parsons wins an Emmy
The second link is for Jane Lynch’s win, which was also so deserved. I love to hate her as Sue Sylvester on Glee, but I have to say she looked gorgeous last night on the Emmys out of her track suit.

What a long week, but today is the middle so hopefully it’s only going up from here! *Fingers Crossed*
Let’s take a look at some TV news.
In the category of ‘best news for awhile’, James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel) is coming back to our televisions! That sound you hear is me squealing like a school girl as I remember falling in love with Marsters as Spike on Buffy. He was amazing in the musical episode, Once More With Feeling, and I am in total fan girl mode.
Back to the TV part! He’s going to be in the new show on Syfy, Three Inches. He’ll play Troy, the head of a group of superheroes. If the recent additions to Syfy’s programming such as Haven or Warehouse 13 have proven anything, it’s that Syfy is moving up in the world of original programming. I for one, am super stoked aren’t you?Source

I wish I could say it’s been a good Tuesday for me, but alas I can’t. I’ve been under the weather and am fighting off a kidney infection. If I wasn’t able to type right now I’d blame the Mack truck that I’m sure ran over me.
That’s enough whining and complaining about my woes, let’s take a look at some TV news.
It’s going to be a father-son reunion on The Whole Truth this fall, when Judd Hirsch (the father on Numb3rs) guest stars with Rob Morrow (his son from Numb3rs). Hirsch will be playing “a well-respected judge who is accused of corruption and murder. He hires Morrow’s rising criminal attorney to represent him.” The Whole Truth will premiere on September 22nd, and I so far I’m enjoying what I’ve seen. Source

I can’t believe it’s Monday already, this weekend just flew by. What about you, did you have a good weekend? Enough chit chat, let’s talk news.
There is some drama going on behind the scenes of HBO’s new pilot Tilda. The current show runner, Cynthia Mort, has been let go after having issues with the producer/director Bill Condon and public issues with Diane Keaton who plays the lead online journalist. Mort had a problem with anyone who didn’t have “her” point of view. When HBO took a stand and asked her not to come to the set, Mort sent out an angry email to the studio. The studio is moving on with Condon and his vision for the show. Condon is getting a new bunch of people together and there’s still a a chance that the show will see the light of day. I for one would love to see Diane Keaton and Ellen Page grace my TV, wouldn’t you? Source
