I’m back! 😀 I know you missed me, because I definitely missed all of you. Truth be told, I seriously missed my work and television. It was 2 weeks without TV and internet. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. *deep breath* It’s all over now, and tonight, there are some great shows to help kick off another great weekend. Let’s take a look at what you should be watching, shall we?
Tonight is the season finale of the phenomenon that is Torchwood: Miracle Day. What a season it has been! A brief recap: All across the world, nobody dies. And then the next day, and the next, and the next, people keep aging – they get hurt and sick – but they never die. The result: a population boom, overnight. With all the extra people, resources are finite. It’s said that in four month’s time, the human race will cease to be viable. But this can’t be a natural occurrence – someone’s got to be behind it. It’s a race against time as C.I.A. Agent Rex Matheson investigates a global conspiracy.
On tonight’s episode, the Torchwood team travels across the world on a final, desperate mission, but the Three Families are unstoppable unless a terrible sacrifice is made. Frances Fisher (Titanic, The Lincoln Lawyer) guest stars as The Mother.

Who saw Rookie Blue last night? *raises hand* Who loved it? *raises two hands* Who is excited for next week’s episode?? Okay, well, I’m all out of hands, but I just have to say, from everything I’ve read about the next two weeks, it’s going to be even more exciting than anything we’ve ever seen before. Last night was such a great treat, what with Rookie Blue and Burn Notice on for me. Hopefully, tonight’s little bit on will be as great! There isn’t much, but what we have, we’re giving to you. Read on!
Last week on Haven, they wasted no time getting into the time loop storyline. I loved Audrey’s reaction to everything—from Duke in the morning, to the deaths, to realizing she wasn’t going to reawaken after Anson stepped in front of the car and was killed. It was an incredibly emotional episode for her. I also loved how she felt like Nathan was the only person she could tell about what was going on… Very telling, no? Still, one of my favorite parts of the episode was at the end, when Nathan told Duke about Chris being troubled and not to look at him and he wouldn’t experience the “man crush.” Duke’s reaction? *snicker* Priceless. And as emotional as it was when Audrey was looking in at the three men, the reaction Chris had when he went in and neither man would look at him was fantastic. Again, this show kept me glued to the television from minute one. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
On tonight’s episode, Audrey and Nathan investigate a mysterious drowning in a town where children seem to keep disappearing.

Megan was able to email me some great pictures and info from Comic-Con while she is still in San Diego. Check them out!
Chris Gorham discussed with us how there really isn’t anyone else doing a job like Auggie’s with the same disability and how that’s inspiring.

TGIF, right?! I don’t know about you, but this heat is killing me—and making the week seem that much longer! Our temps here in Kansas have been hovering right around a hundred degrees. I hope if it’s the same for you, you and your loved ones are cool enough indoors! Don’t forget to keep pets inside, too, because a small animal like a dog or cat will die from the heat faster than a human! Now that I’ve said my piece, let’s get to what we think you should be watching tonight. 🙂
I spent a few hours last weekend catching up on the last few episodes of Flashpoint, and I’m so glad I did. They were great! Now, the team is on probation, and that’s a scary thing for everyone. One condition is that Sam and Jules aren’t supposed to be together, so they still need to keep their relationship secret. While that’s fun and exciting, I’m sure that will get hard after a while. I almost thought Ed was going to leave, but at the end of the last season, his wife did a 180 and gave him permission—with a few conditions—to go back to work. That’s great for Ed. It’ll be nice if he isn’t so broody all the time because his home life is a wreck!
Tonight, Team One is on the trail of a notorious serial robber who likes to stream his robberies on the live internet for an audience, but they soon discover there is more to this sociopath man’s mission than what first appears.

Thank God it’s Friday! It’s been a long week, but there were some fantastic episodes on TV, so that helped a lot! Tonight is no different, with the series finale of one show, the season premiere of another, and a couple of new episodes of some others. Friday night TV is suddenly not nearly as boring, so read on to see what we think you should watch.
Jenny’s Choice #1
The last couple of episodes of Flashpoint have been chock full of goodness! The team was put under review and are now on probation, Ed was shot on his way to see his wife deliver their baby, the team hunted down the drug dealer shooter, Ed pulled through and his wife had the kid, the team was allowed to stay together (although they are on probation), and Jules and Sam are back together (secretely). Just lots going on! Hopefully, tonight’s episode will be just as good!
Tonight, when a cop who mistakenly shot and killed a young boy is declared innocent, Team One confronts a rioting crowd and the father whose dreams died the night he lost his son.
