TV News – Law & Order(s), Til Death, October Road & more

(Sorry about posting this now. I meant to post it last night but completely forgot. Will go ahead and post it but then TV News will be done every night. 🙂 )

ABC has renewed several shows for next season: Notes From the Underbelly & October Road. They also have picked up 10 of their pilots, including seven dramas, Big Shots A.K.A. Perfect Gentlemen, Cashmere Mafia, Dirty Sexy Money, Eli Stone, Private Practice, Pushing Daisies, Women’s Murder Club and three comedies, Carpoolers, Cavemen, Sam I Am. FOX has renewed ‘Til Death and picked up 3 dramas (Sarah Connor Chronicles, New Amsterdam & K-Ville) and 3 comedies (Amy Sherman-Palladino’s The Return of Jezebel James, Rules for Starting Over and the Kelsey Grammer/Patricia Heaton-led Back to You). You can read more here: The Futon Critic

NBC is making a drastic move… Law & Order is coming back to join Law & Order: Special Victims Unit next season for its 18th season, along with Law & Order: Criminal Intent, but the new episodes of Law & Order: Criminal Intent will air on the USA Network, with repeats airing on NBC. NBC has also renewed Scrubs & picked up Lipstick Journal, which stars Brooke Shields, Kim Raver and Lindsay Price.
