I’m so sorry this is up so late compared to when it normally goes up. I can only claim exhaustion, as I went to bed at like 10:00 last night and was too tired to write up the top part & my part before then. Oops. 🙂 But I’m caught up on sleep for the moment and ready for a new week of great TV. So for tonight, here’s what we think you should be watching. 🙂
Tonight is a double episode of Leverage, finishing with the summer finale. It’s been a pretty good season so far. I like that we got a hint at the beginning that Nate had something going on in secret that no one else but Hardison knows about, but it hasn’t taken over the entire season. Each episode has been what I love to see: the team helping an individual with a problem. I think my favorite episode, though, was last week’s, when Parker was laid up with a bum knee while the rest of the crew went overseas to do…something. LOL Parker figuring everything out on her own about what she first thought was a gang of thieves set to rob the jewelry store across the street but then later having to rescue her waitress from the bar—who by the end of the episode had turned into a friend—was fantastic, and I loved how we saw her figure out each little problem with the customers in the bar and do her best to fix them. I adored everything about that episode. I don’t know when Leverage will return with the rest of the season, but I know I’m going to miss it. 🙁
On tonight’s first episode, “The Rundown Job,” the members of the team are recruited by Colonel Vance in order to quickly find a way to stop a highly-dangerous and elusive terrorist before he manages to unleash a deadly biological attack on the nation’s capital.
Then on “The Frame-Up Job,” a valuable painting is stolen and Sophie is believed to have been involved in the intricate heist to attain it, so Nate decides to use everything within hi power during an investigation in order to find the true culprit behind the crime.
Don’t miss them tonight on TNT at 9/8c & 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Leverage @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching/DVRing The Great Food Truck Race, Iron Chef America, All American Handyman, One Car Too Far, & Copper.

All across America, people are ready to slip back in time to Atlantic City in the year 1920 for the season 3 premiere of Boardwalk Empire, and with good reason. This show captures the essence the gangster life and makes for an evening of delectable debauchery. The politics on this show are always written to perfection, and it keeps us all entertained and enthralled. I’m looking forward to see what Margaret puts Nucky through this season.
On tonight’s episode, “Resolution,” Nucky makes a resolution; Margaret considers a hospital expansion; Gillian builds a new business; Van Alden stumbles onto a confrontation.
To join the political scheming, tune in to HBO at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Boardwalk Empire @ Clicker.

Tonight, after 8 seasons, Weeds finally comes to a close with a special one-hour episode. I haven’t found this season to be all that great, but it is still leaps and bounds better than the fourth and fifth seasons. In last week’s 100th episode, we got a great treat for longtime viewers of the show. The Botwins returned to Agrestic, now called Regrestic, and revisited a bunch of characters we haven’t seen in years—Conrad, Lupita, Pam, Megan, and Guillermo, just to name a few. It was a great way to help wrap up the series by letting us know what happened to these characters. We also got the moment 8 years in the making when lots of alcohol finally led to Andy and Nancy hooking up. Afterwards, Andy got up and walked off. Is that all for Andy and Nancy, or will they finally end up together? If I were Andy, I’d be a little worried, as Nancy’s last 4 husbands all ended up dead!
I hope that we get a satisfying, long-overdue resolution to the series tonight. If this had been a previous season, I would have considered that resolution to be the death of Nancy. However, they have worked hard this season to redeem her—so perhaps there is a happy ending in her future.
In tonight’s episode, “It’s Time,” the Botwins, Andy, and Doug all reach a crossroads, romance-wise and professionally.
See if Nancy can find her happily ever after on Showtime at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Weeds @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching/recording The Great Food Truck Race, Leverage, Hell on Wheels, Breaking Amish, and Copper.
