We’re exactly one week away from Thanksgiving—and the official start of the holiday shopping season! I can’t believe Christmas is less than six weeks away. I’m already starting to plot out my Black Friday shopping strategy! Speaking of strategy, read on to find out how we suggest you tackle tonight’s packed TV line-up.
After a rough start to the season, I’m now back on board with Grey’s Anatomy. Last week, Christina helped Dr. Thomas with his surgery, while he coached her on how to become more calm and relaxed. However, in the middle of the surgery, Dr. Thomas dropped dead, leaving Christina to finish things on her own. Meanwhile, in Seattle, Meredith pulled a woman from underneath a car and made it her mission to see her safely through surgery. At the end of the episode, Christina showed up on Meredith’s doorstep.
I loved how last week’s episode played with the split screen—giving us a fun side-by-side comparison between Meredith’s and Christina’s lives and surgical environments. I was so sad to see William Daniels’ guest-starring role come to an untimely end. He will forever be the voice of K.I.T.T. to me, but I thought his character’s relationship with Christina was great, and I’ll miss that fun banter. I’m hoping that Christina’s presence in Seattle last week means she will be returning for good—it will be nice to see the gang back together again.
On tonight’s episode, “Second Opinion,” the crash victims proceed with their lawsuit, which requires them to face their injuries. Meanwhile, Bailey sneakily gets Arizona to assist with a pediatric case; and Cristina works on adjusting to her new surroundings.

On the last episode of Beauty and the Beast, I was elated when it seemed like Vincent and Catherine were growing even closer. He was set to walk away from her, but she convinced him she was in the two different worlds regardless, and then she invited him to dinner at her place since she had to go back to the surprise party her sister was throwing her. She waited and waited, growing more and more sad when he didn’t show up. Of course, he was on his way to her—even thinking of buying her flowers—when he suddenly blacked out. She thought he’d changed his mind and stood her up, when in reality, he woke up on top of a bridge or whatever after whatever happened to him happened. I can’t wait to see them trying to figure out what happened!
On tonight’s episode, “Worth,” after she’s seemingly stood up by Vincent, Catherine wonders if it’s because he saw her kissing Evan at her birthday. Actually, Vincent mysteriously blacked out on his way to meet Catherine, and is now searching for answers. Catherine’s case pulls her into the sophisticated world of the SoHo art scene. When Vincent finds Catherine all dressed up to go to a gallery opening—with Evan—he has to admit that his feelings for her are growing deeper. All the while Evan makes his affections for Catherine known, leaving Catherine torn between the two very different suitors.

When life gets you down, sing! That’s what I’m going to do tonight while watching Glee: sing along and amuse myself with the craziness that is this show. I’m not a huge fan of the new cast or completely pleased where my favorite couples are headed, but without fail, Glee manages to make me smile week after week. Rachel is still the same old Rachel, just in university, but I am really loving the character growth I see with a lot of the other cast—especially those left behind. What’s been your favorite moment this season so far?
On tonight’s episode, “Glease,” Rachel, Kurt, Santana, and Cassandra July return as the glee club kicks of it’s production of Grease.
To see if tonight’s episode gives you electrifying chills that multiply, tune into FOX at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Glee @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching The Big Bang Theory, The X Factor, Grey’s Anatomy, Elementary, Scandal, and Person of Interest.
In case you missed it, with the low ratings for Up All Night, the show will be retooled during the winter to become a multi-cam show. I really hope this will increase the ratings, because I really feel this is a very funny and nice comedy and so many issues that the first season was dealing with have been solved. And the cast is just great.
On tonight’s episode, “Thanksgiving,” Reagan causes Chris to miss Thanksgiving with his family back home and is determined to give him an even better one while Ava and Walter (the always hilarious Sean Hayes) try to do charity work on Thanksgiving.
See if Reagan succeeds on NBC at 8:30/7:30c. Learn where to find episodes online of Up All Night @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching 30 Rock, The Big Bang Theory, The Vampire Diaries, The X Factor, Two and a Half Men, Glee, and Parks and Recreation.
