Megan’s Choice
Hawaii Five-0 has been incredibly strong this season so far with the chess piece killer storyline – especially with McGarrett and Alicia being kidnapped two weeks ago. I have to say I was actually surprised yet relieved that it was a female serial killer this time, because we’ve had so many male killers. It’s a fresh angle. Even though McGarrett and Alicia got away from her, I assure you we definitely haven’t seen the last of this killer, since she got away…and producers have said we should see her again later this season.
Last week was more of an emotional rollercoaster, in the sense that Adam was finally released from prison, allowing Kono to be reunited with her love. It was also very emotional watching Chin struggle with the knowledge that the people who are adopting his niece aren’t actually who they say they are, but he can’t prove it. I really hope they work it out, because personally I think she’d be better off staying with Chin.
On tonight’s episode, “Ka hale ho’okauweli (House of Horrors),” on Halloween, Five-0 investigates the murder of a medium with a checkered past who was apparently scared to death by a poltergeist. Also, Kono and Adam are kidnapped by what appears to be a death cult.
