Tonight is the 2-hour series premiere of Dancing with the Stars: Juniors on ABC at 8/7c. The youngest cast ever assembled are sparkling up their wardrobe, breaking in their dancing shoes, and readying themselves for what will be an unforgettable journey. The 12 celebrity kids and their professional junior ballroom dance partners will grace the ballroom floor for the first time, all vying for a chance to win the coveted Mirrorball trophy. Each team will have help along their journey by some of Dancing with the Stars’ acclaimed adult pros and troupe members, who will act as mentors to offer guidance and support. The show will commence with a spectacular opening number featuring the full cast of celebrities and their pro partners, along with their mentors, judges Mandy Moore, Val Chmerkovskiy and Adam Rippon, and hosts Jordan Fisher and Frankie Muniz. Amongst the lineup of celebrity kid dancers is a Screen Actors Guild Award-nominated actor, a professional skateboarder, a runway model, two Disney Channel stars, and the youngest boy to compete in the National Spelling Bee. Each couple will perform a cha cha, salsa, foxtrot or jive. At the end of the night, there will be a double elimination. The studio audience vote is combined with the judges’ scores to determine who goes home at the end of each episode.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Haunted Gingerbread Showdown on Food Network at 10/9c. Over four episodes, host Sandra Lee pits nine of the best gingerbread artists in the country against each other to create spooky gingerbread masterpieces that embody the season. Judges Jamika Pessoa and Jason Smith are joined by rotating judges, including the “Mistress of the Dark” herself, Elvira, to determine the winners of the first three heats, who will square off against each other in the finale for a chance to win the ultimate Halloween treat — $25,000 and to be featured in Food Network Magazine. But beware, these aren’t your grandma’s cute gingerbread houses. With surprises lurking around every corner, these wildly haunted original creations tell a darker story.

Finally, tonight is the 1-hour series premiere of Star Wars Resistance on Disney Channel at 10/9c. The show takes place prior to the events of The Force Awakens. The high-flying adventure series follows Kazuda Xiono (“Kaz”, voiced by Christopher Sean), a young pilot recruited by the Resistance for a top-secret mission to spy on the growing threat of the First Order. Other characters voiced by Bobby Moynihan, Donald Faison, Gwendoline Christie, Jim Rash, Josh Brener, Myrna Velasco, Oscar Isaac, Rachel Butera, Scott Lawrence, & Suzie McGrath.

Tonight is the series premiere of All American on The CW at 9/8c. Spencer James is a rising high school football player and an A student at South Crenshaw High. Compton is the place he calls home. But when Beverly High School’s football coach Billy Baker recruits him to join his team in Beverly Hills, Spencer’s mother, Grace, and his best friend, Coop, convince Spencer it’s an opportunity he has to seize. Now Spencer must navigate two worlds, the south side neighborhood that he knows and the affluent Beverly Hills world that has offered him an opportunity for something bigger. When Spencer is forced to move in with Billy and his family to protect his transfer permit to Beverly, Billy’s son, Jordan (the team’s starting quarterback), is less than thrilled to be sharing his father’s attention — or the team spotlight — with Spencer. While Spencer struggles to find his footing, he makes an unlikely friend in Jordan’s sister, Olivia, who is dealing with her own demons. He also quickly develops a crush on his classmate, Layla, something her boyfriend, Asher, quickly realizes — and so, he sets out to drive Spencer off the football team and out of Beverly Hills for good. Inspired by the life of NFL player Spencer Paysinger. The show stars Daniel Ezra, Taye Diggs, Samantha Logan, Bre-Z, Greta Onieogou, Monet Mazur, Michael Evans Behling, Cody Christian, and Karimah Westbrook.

Tonight is the series premiere of How Far is Tattoo Far? on MTV at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd episode at 9:30/8:30c. Hosted by Younger’s Nico Tortorella and Jersey Shore Family Vacation’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, the show puts relationships through the ultimate test of trust by asking pairs of friends, family members and couples to design tattoos for one another that won’t be revealed until after they’ve been permanently inked. With the help of some of the most creative and talented tattoo artists in the industry, the series will follow the blindfolded duos as they learn the stories behind the tattoo and unveil the designs unknowingly selected for them.

Tonight is also the series premiere of The Return of Shelby the Swamp Man on History Channel at 10/9c. Deep in the Louisiana Bayou lives a legend. Shelby Stanga is known as the Swamp Man, and he’s been ruling these parts for years. He earned a fortune hauling valuable cypress out of the muddy waters and won a reputation as King of the Swamp. But a couple years back, it all fell apart. His orders dried up, he lost everything, and he retreated deep into the swamp. But life in the bayou has been turned upside down. Record flooding has destroyed homes and businesses, and now, Shelby’s friends and neighbors are in trouble and need him more than ever. So the Swamp Man is springing into action. He’s on a mission — to help get his fellow swampers back on their feet and get himself back on top in the process. But he won’t be doing it alone. He’s bringing along his new protégé Angela, and she’ll need to be a quick learner because the Swamp Man will put her through the ringer. But Shelby’s not stopping there. He’s pulling out every toy he’s got up his sleeve, including the biggest of ’em all: his forty ton barge he’s lovingly nicknamed “The Leviathan.” The show follows Shelby’s comeback. It highlights his expertise, ingenuity, humor and overall craziness. Shelby will teach a new generation the ins and outs of the swamp. In the end, Shelby’s determination to help those around him and help himself in the process will be his greatest adventure yet. And there’s nothing that will stop him to get the job done.

A modern reimagining of Shirley Jackson’s iconic novel, the show explores a group of siblings who, as children, grew up in what would go on to become the most famous haunted house in the country. Now adults, and forced back together in the face of tragedy, the family must finally confront the ghosts of their past — some of which still lurk in their minds while others may actually be stalking the shadows of Hill House. The show stars Annabeth Gish, Carla Gugino, Elizabeth Reaser, Henry Thomas, Julian Hilliard, Kate Siegel, Lulu Wilson, Mckenna Grace, Michiel Huisman, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Paxton Singleton, Timothy Hutton, Victoria Pedretti, & Violet McGraw.

An innocent game of “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board” goes wrong when the five teen girls who played start dying off in the exact way that was predicted, forcing the survivors to figure out why they’re being targeted – and whether the evil force hunting them down is one of their own. The show stars Ajiona Alexus, Brent Rivera, Brianne Tju, Dorian Brown Pham, Dylan Sprayberry, Haley Ramm (Chasing Life), Jordan Rodrigues, Liana Liberato, & Peyton List (The Tomorrow People, Just Legal, Frequency, Flash Forward).

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Titans on the new DC Universe streaming service at 3:01AM/2:01AMc.
