Tonight is the series premiere of Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted on NGC at 10/9c. Gordon will embark on an anthropology-through-cuisine expedition to unearth the most incredible people, places, and flavors the world has to offer. Primarily, he’ll be following locals through their day-to-days and feeding himself that way. The chef told the network the show was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore and reconnect.

Tonight is the series premiere of Aaron Needs a Job on Discovery Channel at 10/9c. Expert custom car-builder Aaron Kaufman is stepping out of his comfort zone in a big way as he dives headfirst into mechanical worlds he’s never experienced before. In an all new Discovery Channel series, Kaufman takes viewers on a wild ride around the country as he explores exciting new motor-driven industries and meets with the machine-minded men and women who keep our world running. Audiences will have a front-row seat as Kaufman, the former star of Fast ‘N Loud, explores the world of vintage military vehicle restoration in Uvalde, Texas, tests his nautical skills as part of a tugboat crew in Tacoma, Washington and gets a rare look at the underbelly of the Las Vegas hotel service industry. Whether he is careening three miles into a pitch-black Colorado coal mine to learn about the very real dangers of operating machinery near explosive coal dust or joining the brave ranks of Nevada firefighters working through extreme desert conditions, Kaufman leaves no stone unturned on his journey to find his next big gig. With Kaufman taking full advantage of the opportunity to go deep inside the industries, motors, machines and mechanical minds that drive the rest of the world, THe show offers a unique vantage point for viewers and motor fans alike.
Tonight is also the series premiere of Yum and Yummer on Cooking Channel at 9/8c. (There was a single episode of this that aired in February.) It’s all about the best of the best as Eddie Jackson tracks down the yummiest, most satisfying and most decadent foods, dishes and cuisines around the world.
Finally, tonight is the series premiere of The Chantel Family on TLC at 10/9c. Hot off their upcoming appearance on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, fan-favorites Pedro and Chantel and their lively in-laws will be the focal point of a spinoff series. Ever since Chantel first introduced Pedro to her family under the false pretense of him coming to America on a student visa, the drama that followed has kept fans obsessed. From their beginnings on 90 Day Fiance season four through 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Pedro and Chantel have weathered major marital ups and downs involving everything from feisty family members to their own trust issues. Viewers will follow this unique modern family as they try to move past their differences and come together as an extended family, but as Chantel’s parents Karen and Thomas try to protect their brood, will they push their children too far? Tonight is the series premiere of Ancient Skies on PBS at 8/7c. In this three-part series, audiences will discover how centuries of knowledge, experimentation and engineering helped our ancestors explore outer space. Expert contributors demystify astronomical myths with scientific explanations.
Tonight is also the series premiere of South Side on Comedy Central at 10:30/9:30c. South Side is written by and stars Bashir Salahuddin (Glow) and Diallo Riddle (Marlon). Salahuddin, Riddle, and Michael Blieden — all Late Night with Jimmy Fallon alumni — are executive producers. The aspirational, scripted comedy is set in and around the working class neighborhood of Englewood on the South Side of Chicago. South Side follows two friends who just graduated community college … so now they’re ready to take over the world! But until they do they’re stuck at Rent-T-Own, a retail-rental crossroads where the South Side’s vast ensemble of characters come together. Despite the obstacles of inner-city life, these friends and their co-workers all strive to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Brought to life by local Chicagoans, both in front of and behind the camera, this show gives viewers an authentic portrayal of what life on the South Side is all about.
Finally, tonight is the series premiere of The Last Cowboy on Paramount at 11/10c. The Last Cowboy is a new unscripted series spotlighting the highly skilled horsemen and trainers that compete in the intense, high-stakes world of professional reining. It puts center stage the real-life men and women who compete on the professional reining circuit — a Western-based competition where riders guide horses through a precise pattern of circles, spins and stops — as they prepare for the biggest bout in the sport’s history: “The Run for a Million.” The series chronicles eight reiners determined to elevate and preserve the cowboy tradition as they train and engage in the exclusive, ultra-competitive athletic event. In addition to executive producing the new unscripted series, Sheridan is also launching “The Run for a Million,” reining’s first-ever, arena-based competition with a $1 million purse, marking the largest in its history. The upcoming experience will take place August 15-17, 2019 at the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, and the competition will come to life in the series finale of The Last Cowboy.

Tonight is the complete first season premiere of The Boys on Amazon at 3:01AM/2:01AMc.
