Jenny’s Choice
Last week’s The Big Bang Theory was really great. Sheldon was stressing big-time as he tried to plan the perfect wedding, starting with the wedding date. He couldn’t settle on one because everything he tried turned out to be the birth or death date of a famous scientist, a “con†of some sort, or something similar. It was so bad that he was working it out through his subconscious while he slept, becoming completely unlike himself – laid-back, unopinionated, etc. And when he showed up at home looking like something wet the cat dragged in after pulling it through the mud, he just looked pitiful. In the end, he agreed gratefully to let Amy take control – again unlike him but showing his growth through the series. The other story line was Bernie’s new coworker, who both Raj and Stuart wanted to pair up with. Raj’s thought that he should get her because they were both Indian was hysterical, but poor Stuart is just…well, pitiful. In the end, they both acted like asses and neither got the girl. Surprise, surprise. LOL
On tonight’s episode, “The Explosion Implosion,†Wolowitz and Sheldon bond when they drive to the desert to shoot off a model rocket. Also, when Leonard’s mom, Beverly (Christine Baranski), finds a new best friend in Penny, it rubs Leonard the wrong way.
